Refund & Returns Policy

Since we are dealing with Food products which are perishable , our policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have gone by since receipt/delivery of the product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You are to intimate us either through email([email protected]) or whatsapp 9738457254 or call on 9845938663/9741999800 .
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You are eligible for refund in the following cases:
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/wallet account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

However, due to the nature of our products (perishable food items), we have specific cancellation guidelines to ensure product quality and minimize waste.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges for packaged foods (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or alternate item, send us an email at [email protected].
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Not Satisfied with our Quality of Oils and Ghee – Return with minimum 90% of unused product within 3 days. (No refund for Nuts and spices other than Product is damaged when you receive the parcel).
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
